How to find opportunities directly on company career pages, including jobs you may never see in your usual feed.

Did you know?
Employers don't necessarily advertise every opening everywhere you happen to search. Their own careers site is a useful place to verify an opportunity and see what else is currently available.
Start on the company's main website and look for words such as Careers, Jobs, Work With Us or Join Our Team. A careers link is often near the bottom of the homepage in the footer. If it isn't there, check sections such as About, Company or Who We Are.
A real example
Maybe you like the company, its products or the way it operates. You don't have to wait for a Chewy job to appear in your feed.

Chewy has a dedicated careers site where candidates can browse categories and search current opportunities.
See Chewy Careers βBrowse categories and related roles. A company you like may have opportunities in customer care, operations, finance, HR, technology and other areas you hadn't originally considered.
Try That With AI
Tell your AI assistant the type of work you want, industries you like and what matters to you in an employer. Ask it to suggest organizations worth researching and alternate job titles to check. Then use a search engine to find each company's official careers page and verify the current openings yourself.
Example: βI want to work in customer operations for a company known for a strong customer experience. I prefer remote or hybrid work and need full-time benefits. Give me 15 companies worth researching, explain why each might be relevant, and give me search phrases I can use to find their official careers pages.β
When you find an employer you like, ask what competitors, suppliers or similar organizations exist. Your target-company list can become another way to discover opportunities beyond endlessly scrolling a job feed.
